Refund policy
RETURNS - DISSATISFIED WITH PRODUCT
We strive to keep our customers happy however if you are dissatisfied with your product, you have up to 30 days to return it from the date you recieved it.
Items need to be 80% intact with its original packaging for refund consideration.
In order to obtain a return authorisation and further shipping instructions, please send a return request to returns@lifedaycosmetics.com with your order number as the subject line and a brief description of the problem in the body of your email. If possible, please also include a picture of the defective item.
Note that shipping charges are not usually refundable.
Returns will not be accepted without prior return authorisation.
RETURNS - INCORRECT PRODUCT SHIPPED TO YOU
If by mistake, we shipped the wrong product/s to you, please email our customer care line (609 453 1052) and we will gladly ship the correct product/s to you at no additional cost.
LOST DAMAGED OR STOLEN ITEMS
Life Day LLC is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged items - Shipping insurance is optional and is offered automatically at check out to cover your order for replacement or reimbursment for such events.
CHANGES TO AN EXISTING ORDER
If your product has not shipped as yet and has not been processed internally (usually within 2 hours of order placement), you can still make changes to it like add-ons, swops, address changes and cancellations. You can contact our customer care line (609 453 1052) to enquire about the status of your order in the event that you require changes to your order.
RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Allow for 5-10 business days from the date that your order is received and inspected by us for your refund to post to your original payment method.
